Interior painting within your home renovation
Agree the painted surfaces alongside the new layout, lighting and other finishes. Vlas Construction includes interior painting within substantial home renovations in The Hague and approximately 50 km around the city. Walls and ceilings should have a clear place in the specification, not just a colour name.
Record the surfaces, colours and finish
Identify each wall and ceiling to be painted, including any areas that will remain unchanged. Review samples with the planned interior and agree the intended sheen. Record the selected products and colours before ordering rather than relying on a photograph alone.
Separate surface preparation from painting
Ask what cleaning, preparation and assessment of the existing surface are included. Describe any further work identified before decoration begins. The quotation should distinguish preparation from the application of paint so the scope is clear.
Coordinate the final stages of the renovation
Agree the sequence with installation work, wall finishes and flooring, including how retained surfaces will be protected. Record how the finished work will be reviewed and any remaining items handled. Share your room plans and colour preferences to discuss the project. This service concerns renovation painting, not small standalone touch-ups.
