What does a complete home renovation cost?
The condition of the house, the scope and material choices determine the price. After discussing the property, we prepare a fixed quotation for the agreed work. Changes to that scope need a separate agreement.
Can we stay at home during the renovation?
That depends on the work, access and the rooms affected. Tell us your plans early so we can discuss phasing and practical arrangements. Staying at home is not suitable for every renovation.
What about structural changes and permits?
These need to be assessed for your property and proposed work. Discuss which assessments, drawings and permissions are needed, who arranges them and what is included in the quotation.
Can we include energy improvements?
Yes. We offer insulation, energy-efficient windows and doors, underfloor heating and heat pumps. Which measures suit the property depends on the building and the rest of the renovation.
