2. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored by your browser. The website also uses similar technologies, including tags, pixels and local browser storage. Some are required for security and basic functions. Others are optional and are used only according to the choice you make in our privacy banner.
3. Your choices
When you first visit, optional categories are off. You can accept all, reject non-essential technologies, or choose Analytics and Advertising separately. Rejecting optional technologies does not prevent you from viewing the website or submitting a form.
Your choice is stored in the necessary first-party cookie vlas_consent_v2 for 180 days. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time. When optional consent is withdrawn, the site removes the related first-party cookies it can identify and reloads the page so that optional tags are no longer active.

5. Google Analytics and Google Ads
The website uses one Google tag for Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. Before you make a choice, the site sends Google Consent Mode v2 defaults with Analytics and Advertising storage denied. If you reject optional categories, Google tags may still send limited cookieless and redacted measurement requests, but they are not allowed to store Analytics or Advertising cookies in your browser.
If you grant Analytics consent, GA4 may use first-party identifiers to measure users and sessions. If you grant Advertising consent, the signals for advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalisation are also granted. Advertising personalisation is therefore not authorised merely because Analytics was accepted.
Successful form submissions are measured as a lead event using only non-personal metadata such as form identifier, language and page path. We do not intentionally send a visitor's name, email address, telephone number, address or message text to GA4 or Google Ads.

6. Meta Pixel
The Meta Pixel is not loaded until you grant Advertising consent. If granted, Meta may receive information about the page visit, browser/device and related advertising identifiers for campaign measurement and advertising purposes. We do not configure the website to send form field values to Meta. Withdrawing Advertising consent stops the Pixel on the next reload and removes recognised first-party Meta cookies from this domain.

7. reCAPTCHA and form security
Public forms use Google reCAPTCHA to reduce spam and abuse. Google states that reCAPTCHA sets the necessary _GRECAPTCHA cookie for risk analysis. reCAPTCHA may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device signals and interaction data. It is treated as a necessary security service because the forms cannot be safely operated without anti-abuse protection.
8. International processing
Google and Meta are international providers. Depending on the service, information may be processed outside the European Economic Area. These providers describe the transfer mechanisms and safeguards they use in their privacy documentation. More detail is provided in our Privacy Statement.
9. Browser controls and questions
You can also delete or block cookies through your browser. Blocking necessary cookies may affect language preferences, form protection or other basic functions. Browser controls do not replace the choice communicated through our consent banner, so use the cookie settings button above when possible.
